5 boats made the trip to Anacortes for their annual
Windermere regatta, which kicked off the event with Karaoke in the YC and
$2 well drinks. After Saturday’s 5
races - Second, Third and Fourth places where each 2 points apart
respectively! Great long day of
racing in an absolutely beautiful venue, with Sunny skies and winds that
had us constantly switching from the 2 to the 1 (foredeck was happy). Saturday night was flank steaks and
Gertrude’s Hearse at the YC then off to the local bars. Sunday dawned a bit hazy, in more ways
then one. But they forced us through
3 races in the building breeze and sun.
Awesome regatta, whish you had been there!
Next up is the Roadmaster Gorge Regatta August 1st
and 2nd.
